AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZNS Connect Inc. However, please note that blockchain networks, although ZNS Connect Inc. may publish Domain Names or other records to them, are controlled by third parties and are not included in the definition of the “Site”. By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you are prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents posted on the Site are expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. You will be subject to, and deemed to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.

Knowingly acquiring or attempting to acquire domains identical to third-party trademarks is prohibited and may lead to account termination.
