3. **Lookup Request**:\
   When a user enters a ZNS domain (e.g., `nina.hvm`) in MetaMask or another integrated wallet, the Snap queries the blockchain for the linked address.

**Categories and Tracks The ZNS Grant Program encompasses two primary categories for project proposals:**

#### Connecting to a Wallet

Invoke `walletConnectInit` from your application to establish a connection with the user's wallet. This step will prompt the user with a QR code modal to connect their wallet.

#### Handling Wallet Responses

Upon successful connection, the wallet address obtained from the `connect` event can be used for user authentication. This authenticated wallet address is crucial for the domain registration process.

#### Domain Registration

After authenticating the user, proceed with the domain registration process. The `register` function allows registering a list of domains under a specific TLD to the authenticated owner addresses.

Registers a list of domains under a specific TLD to specified owner addresses.

#### Security Considerations

* Always validate wallet addresses on the server side.
* Implement rate limiting to prevent abuse.

#### Troubleshooting

* **QR Code Modal Does Not Appear**: Ensure the WalletConnect library is correctly installed and initialized.
* **Connection Fails**: Check the bridge server status and ensure your internet connection is stable.

ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ALTBridge Labs S.A. (operating as ZNS Connect) (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) regarding your access to and use of the ZNS Connect websites including <https://znsconnect.io>, <https://zns.bio>, and <https://app.znsconnect.io>, and all related content, products, and services (collectively, the “Site”).

Please note: While ZNS Connect may publish Domain Names or other records to public blockchain networks, these networks are operated by independent third parties and are not part of the Site.

By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

Supplemental terms, policies, or disclosures linked on the Site are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Site after such modifications are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.

The Site is not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction where such use would violate law or require regulatory registration. Users are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

The Site is intended only for users aged 18 years and older. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

ACCEPTANCE BY WALLET CONNECTION

BY CONNECTING YOUR WALLET OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE WILL BE\
RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION IN PANAMA UNDER SECTION 15, AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING AND ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

These Terms are a binding agreement. You accept these Terms, the Disclaimers, and the\
Privacy Policy by either (a) accessing or using the Site, or (b) connecting a digital wallet to the Site - whichever occurs first. BY CONNECTING A WALLET, OR BY CHECKING AN\
"I AGREE" BOX OR SIGNING A WALLET MESSAGE WHERE PRESENTED, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, AND THAT YOU MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY AND JURISDICTION REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING THAT YOU ARE NOT A RESTRICTED PERSON. If you do not agree, you must not connect a wallet to or otherwise use the Site.

We record the wallet address, signature, timestamp, and the version of the documents accepted as evidence of your agreement.

#### 1. Web3 Domain Disclosure

Web3 domains reside on public blockchains and grant users ownership over their data and identities. They simplify crypto transactions by replacing complex wallet addresses with human-readable names and serve as decentralized identifiers for applications and platforms across Web3.

Unlike traditional DNS domains, Web3 domains:

* Are not issued or regulated by ICANN.
* Do not use the DNS root zone and thus may not resolve on standard browsers without special plugins or configurations.
* May not be unique across all blockchains and platforms, and could potentially collide with other blockchain-based naming systems or existing DNS domains.

By purchasing or using a ZNS Connect domain, you acknowledge and accept that Web3 naming is an experimental and rapidly evolving space, and that ZNS Connect makes no guarantees regarding long-term resolution compatibility or exclusivity.

Purchasing or using a ZNS Connect domain name does not grant any $ZNS tokens, governance rights, revenue rights, or any ownership interest in ALTBridge Labs S.A. or the ZNS protocol.

Likewise, participating in the $ZNS token sale or holding $ZNS tokens does not grant any automatic right to register, renew, or control specific ZNS domains, nor does it provide any priority over other users in domain registrations.

#### 2. Eligibility and User Representations

You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

**U.S. Persons Restriction:** By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are not a U.S. person (as defined under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933) and are not accessing the Site from within the United States.

You further represent and warrant that you are not subject to sanctions or otherwise designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties maintained by any governmental authority.

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to conduct identity verification, sanctions screening, and anti-money-laundering checks on any user at any time, including wallet screening via third-party blockchain analytics tools, and to suspend or restrict access to some or all features pending or following such checks, without prior notice and without liability.

#### 3. Prohibited Activities

Your use of the Site must align with its intended utility. You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available.

By accessing or using the Services, including participating in the $ZNS token sale, you represent and warrant that such participation is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not prohibited from engaging in digital asset transactions under applicable laws.

You agree not to:

* Violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance;
* Infringe on the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others;
* Access the Site using automated means (such as bots, spiders, or scrapers) without prior written authorization;
* Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the Site;
* Systematically collect or harvest user data or site content to create a database or directory without written permission;
* Use the Site for any unauthorized commercial purpose, except as expressly enabled by platform features (such as creator fees, referral rewards, or developer integrations under Section 27);
* Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or organization;
* Submit false reports, abuse customer support, or attempt to defraud ZNS Connect or other users;
* Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, spyware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage functionality;
* Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass any technical limitation of the Site;
* Frame or link to the Site without explicit permission;
* Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse our staff, partners, or users;
* Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary rights symbols from Site content;
* Claim multiple promotional offers or credits by fraudulent means;
* Upload or transmit any tracking technologies (e.g., pixel tags, cookies) without disclosure;
* Use the Site to promote hatred, discrimination, or illegal activity;
* Disparage or harm the reputation of ZNS Connect or interfere with its operations;
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or backend infrastructure;
* Use the Site in violation of export control laws, including U.S. export control restrictions;
* Upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable content;
* Accessing or using the Services from a restricted jurisdiction (including the USA or EU) where such use is prohibited
* Interfere with the normal functioning of the Site or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
* Use any automated system to send requests to the Site in a volume exceeding what a human user could reasonably produce;
* Use the Site in, or for the benefit of, a jurisdiction that is sanctioned or otherwise restricted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block any user who violates these terms or misuses the Site in any way.

In addition to the risks identified above, you acknowledge the following specific risks associated with platform features:

* Gas Fee Risk: All on-chain transactions executed through the platform, including through the 7-in-1 tool, GM station, NFT minting, smart contract deployment, and domain registration, require payment of network gas fees. These fees are non-refundable, are paid directly by your wallet, and may fluctuate significantly. ZNS Connect has no control over gas prices and accepts no responsibility for failed transactions or gas costs;
* Smart Contract Risk: Smart contracts deployed or interacted with through the platform may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or be subject to exploits. ZNS Connect does not audit user-deployed contracts and accepts no liability for losses arising therefrom;
* AI Output Risk: AI-generated images and content may produce unexpected, inaccurate, or inappropriate results. ZNS Connect is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legal status of AI-generated outputs.

#### 4. No Financial Advice or Offerings

**4.1 No Financial or Investment Advice**\
Information available on the Site (including, without limitation, documentation, dashboards, tokenomics pages, blog posts, or community content) is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.\
Nothing on the Site, in our documentation, or in any communication from us or our partners constitutes:

* Investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice;
* An offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security, commodity, or other regulated financial instrument; or
* A guarantee or representation regarding the future price, utility, or performance of any digital asset, including the $ZNS token.

You are solely responsible for performing your own due diligence and for any decision to participate in the $ZNS token sale or to acquire, hold, or dispose of any digital asset.

**4.2 Nature of $ZNS Tokens**\
$ZNS is a utility token designed to power access to and usage of the multi-chain ZNS Connect ecosystem, including (without limitation) domain registrations, identity features, protocol discounts, governance, and other in-app utilities as further described in our documentation.

$ZNS tokens:

* Do **not** represent shares, equity, ownership interest or voting rights in ALTBridge Labs S.A. or any affiliate;
* Do **not** entitle holders to dividends, profit share, revenue share, or any form of passive income from the Company;
* Are **not** deposits, bank products, or debt instruments; and
* Are **not** intended to be, and shall not be treated as, securities or investment contracts in any jurisdiction, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms, on the Site, or in any of our communications shall be construed as any form of promise, expectation, or guarantee of future price appreciation or economic return.

Any descriptions of the ZNS roadmap, future features, utilities, token use-cases, ecosystem partnerships, or integrations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute any commitment, obligation, or guarantee by the Company.\
The Company may change, delay, or discontinue any planned features at its sole discretion.

**4.3 No Securities or Investment Offering**\
$ZNS tokens are not and shall not be considered securities, investment contracts, financial instruments, or any other regulated product in any jurisdiction.\
Participation in the $ZNS token sale does not represent:

* An investment of money with an expectation of profit,
* An ownership or equity interest in ALTBridge Labs S.A.,
* Any right to dividends, revenue share, or profit distribution.

Nothing in these Terms, our documentation, website, or communications shall be interpreted as a security offering under the laws of Panama, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction.

#### 5. $ZNS Token Sale and Participation

**5.1 Scope**\
From time to time, the Company may offer $ZNS tokens to eligible users through a token sale, including but not limited to:

* A community pre-sale hosted on our own Site or smart contracts;
* Sales or allocations via third-party launchpads or exchanges; and/or
* Other distribution mechanisms (such as rewards, airdrops, quests, campaigns).

These Terms govern your access to and participation in any $ZNS token sale conducted or facilitated by ALTBridge Labs S.A., in addition to any specific token sale terms, tokenomics schedules, or campaign rules that may apply (collectively, the **“Token Sale Terms”**).

**5.2 Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions for Token Sale**\
By participating in any $ZNS token sale, you represent and warrant that:

* You are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
* You are not a “U.S. Person” as defined under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, and you are not accessing the Site or participating in the sale from the United States;
* You are **not** a resident, citizen, or located in any jurisdiction where participation in token sales, initial coin offerings, or similar activities is restricted, prohibited, or would require registration, licensing, authorization, or approval of the Company, including (without limitation) the USA, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any jurisdiction under comprehensive sanctions;
* You are not listed on, and are not acting on behalf of any person or entity listed on, any sanctions or restricted parties list maintained by the United Nations, the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, or Panama;
* You are participating in the sale on your own behalf, for your own account, and not as nominee, trustee, representative, or agent for any third party; and
* Your participation fully complies with all laws, regulations, and restrictions applicable in your country of residence, citizenship, and location.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, implement geofencing, KYC/AML checks, contribution limits, or other controls and may refuse, cancel, or reverse any attempted contribution that appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.

**5.3 No Refunds and Irreversibility**\
All contributions made in connection with a $ZNS token sale are **final and non-refundable**, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law or explicitly stated in the Token Sale Terms.

Due to the nature of blockchain networks:

* Transactions are typically irreversible once confirmed on-chain;
* The Company does not have the ability to reverse or modify completed transactions; and
* The Company is not responsible for any loss resulting from sending funds to the wrong address, using unsupported networks or tokens.

**5.4 Allocation, Vesting, and Delivery**\
The total supply, allocation, vesting schedules, and unlocking mechanics for $ZNS tokens are publicly described in the official Tokenomics documentation available on the Site. Such documentation is incorporated by reference into these Terms for informational purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

* Your entitlement to receive $ZNS is subject to successful completion of the token sale, technical deployment of the smart contracts, and any applicable vesting or lock-up periods;
* Vesting and unlocking schedules may be enforced through smart contracts and/or off-chain mechanisms, and you may not be able to transfer or dispose of your tokens before the applicable vesting or lock-up periods expire; and
* The Company reserves the right to adjust sale timelines, stages, caps, or technical details of the sale (including contract addresses and supported networks) if reasonably necessary for security, regulatory, or operational reasons.

**5.5 No Guarantee of Listing, Liquidity, or Price**\
The Company does not guarantee:

* That $ZNS will be listed on any centralized or decentralized exchange;
* That any secondary market for $ZNS will develop or, if it develops, that it will be liquid or sustainable;
* Any particular price, price range, market capitalization, or trading volume for $ZNS; or
* That you will be able to sell or otherwise dispose of your $ZNS tokens at any time, or at a price equal to or greater than the amount you paid.

Participation in the $ZNS token sale is highly speculative and involves significant risk. You should not participate if you cannot afford to lose the entire value of your contribution.

**5.6 Token Holder Responsibilities and Self-Custody**\
You are solely responsible for:

* Providing a compatible, non-custodial wallet address under your exclusive control for receiving $ZNS tokens;
* Safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases, and any other credentials associated with your digital wallet;
* Ensuring that you do not lose access to your wallet.

The Company does not provide custodial services and cannot recover lost private keys, seed phrases, or access to your wallet. If you lose access to your wallet, your $ZNS tokens may be permanently inaccessible.

**5.7 Tax Responsibilities**\
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any and all taxes, duties, levies, or other governmental charges that may be imposed on you in connection with your participation in the $ZNS token sale, your acquisition, holding, or disposal of $ZNS tokens, or any other use of our services.

The Company does not provide tax advice. You should consult your own tax advisor regarding the tax consequences of participating in the sale and holding digital assets.

**5.8 Regulatory and Technological Risks**\
You acknowledge and accept that:

* Regulatory frameworks for digital assets and token sales remain uncertain and may change at any time, which could materially impact the $ZNS token, the ZNS Connect ecosystem, or your ability to use or transfer $ZNS;
* Blockchain networks may experience delays, congestion, bugs, forks, cyber-attacks, or other technical issues that may delay or prevent the allocation, transfer, or use of $ZNS; and
* The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from such regulatory or technological risks, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

**5.9 No Investment or Profit Expectation**\
You acknowledge and agree that you are acquiring $ZNS tokens solely to access and use the ZNS Connect ecosystem and related utilities, and not for any speculative or investment purpose, nor with any expectation of profit, income, or capital gain.

Any discussion by the Company, its team members, or community about potential market performance, comparisons to other tokens, or hypothetical scenarios is purely illustrative and does not constitute a commitment, promise, or financial projection.

**5.10 Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation of the Token Sale**

The Company may modify, pause, or cancel any $ZNS token sale or related campaign at any time, in whole or in part, for security, regulatory, technical, or business reasons.

Such actions may include, without limitation, changing sale timelines or stages, adjusting contribution limits, postponing TGE or token delivery, or cancelling unsold allocations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from any modification, suspension, or cancellation of the token sale, provided that any valid contributions already received will be handled in accordance with the applicable Token Sale Terms and any mandatory legal requirements.

#### 6. Risk Disclosure

Users acknowledge that blockchain technologies and digital assets involve inherent risks, including but not limited to market volatility, loss of funds, cyber threats, and regulatory changes. Users assume all risks associated with the use of our services.

#### 7. Tax Obligations

Users are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling their tax obligations in relation to any transactions conducted through our services. ZNS Connect does not provide tax advice.

#### 8. User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for any content they upload or display on the Site. You must ensure that your content complies with all applicable laws and does not violate any third-party rights.

#### 9. Social Media and Third-Party Accounts

As part of the functionality of the Site, you may link your account with third-party services (each a “Third Party Account”). By doing so, you grant us permission to access, store, and use information from your Third Party Account, such as your profile and connections, in accordance with your settings and applicable law. You acknowledge that:

* You are authorized to link these accounts;
* We may access and store related content and data;
* If the Third Party Account is disabled, certain features may become unavailable;
* Your relationship with such third-party providers is governed solely by your agreement with them. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of information from any Third Party Account.

#### 10. Submissions

Any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide regarding the Site or related services (“Submissions”) are non-confidential and shall become the exclusive property of ZNS Connect. You waive any moral rights to such Submissions and grant ZNS Connect full rights to use them for any lawful purpose.

You may not use VPNs, proxies, or any other technical means to circumvent geo-blocking, jurisdictional restrictions, or eligibility rules applicable to the $ZNS token sale or the Services.

#### 11. **Intellectual Property Rights**

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by ALTBridge Labs S.A. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Content and Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your personal, non-commercial use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content, and the Marks.

#### 12. Third-Party Services and Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and content. We do not control or endorse such third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness. You access third-party sites at your own risk and should review their respective terms and privacy policies. ZNS Connect shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of or reliance on third-party services or content.

ZNS Connect interacts with multiple third-party blockchain networks, RPC providers, browsers, smart contracts, bridges, wallets, and APIs. The Company is not responsible for:

* failures, hacks, delays, or downtime in third-party networks,
* errors in RPC, explorers, or block indexing,
* exploits or vulnerabilities in third-party smart contracts,
* losses resulting from actions or omissions of third-party providers.

You use all third-party services at your own risk.

THIRD-PARTY WALLETS\
Any wallet you use to access the Site is provided by a third-party wallet provider that is not affiliated with, owned, or controlled by the Company. Your use of any wallet is governed solely by the terms and privacy policy of that provider. The Company has no access to or control over your wallet or private keys and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the operation, features, failure, or compromise of any third-party wallet.

#### 13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ALTBridge Labs S.A., its affiliates, directors, employees, licensors, service providers, or partners be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, lost revenue, loss of data, device damage, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Site or your inability to access or use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

For the avoidance of doubt, the limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section 13 apply equally to any claims arising out of or related to your participation in any $ZNS token sale, your acquisition or holding of $ZNS tokens, or your inability to use or transfer such tokens.

Access to and use of the Site is at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or device or loss of data resulting therefrom.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will at all times be limited to fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50). The existence of more than one claim will not enlarge this limit.

You agree that our third-party service providers and suppliers shall have no liability of any kind arising from or relating to this agreement.

#### 14. **Indemnification**

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZNS Connect and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to any token you create, launch, promote, trade, or hold through the Launchpad, including any third-party claim that such token or its marketing infringes intellectual property, violates any law (including securities or consumer-protection law), or misleads any person.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to any AI Output you generate, adopt, publish, mint, deploy, or use, including any third-party claim that such AI Output infringes or misappropriates intellectual property, publicity, or other rights, or violates any applicable law.

#### 15. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Before initiating arbitration, you must notify us in writing at <legal@znsconnect.io> describing the dispute, and the parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve it informally for at least thirty (30) days from receipt of such notice.

Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Panama Conciliation and Arbitration Center (Centro de Conciliación y Arbitraje de Panamá, CECAP) in Panama City, Panama. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

This Agreement and any related matters shall be governed under the laws of the Republic of Panama. Users from restricted jurisdictions including the USA, EU, or similarly regulated regions may not use the Site or Services.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.

#### 16. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any revised Terms.

Knowingly acquiring or attempting to acquire domains identical to third-party trademarks is prohibited and may lead to account termination.

#### 17. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful components. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Site’s content or any third-party websites linked through it.

You agree that we will not be responsible or liable for:

* Any personal injury, property damage, data loss, or unauthorized access;
* Errors, bugs, viruses, or the like transmitted by third parties;
* Service interruptions or malfunctions;
* Third-party services, ads, links, or software connected to or accessible through the Site;
* Any transactions you engage in with third-party providers.

You understand and agree that participation in any $ZNS token sale or related campaign is particularly high-risk and may result in a total and irreversible loss of your contribution, including due to extreme market volatility, regulatory actions, smart contract vulnerabilities, or failures of third-party infrastructure (such as wallets, bridges, exchanges, or block explorers).

#### 18. Term and Termination

These Terms of Use remain in full force and effect while you use the Site.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any part thereof at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or abusive behavior, or use of the Site in a manner that may cause legal liability or disrupt others' use.

You may terminate your use of the Site at any time by discontinuing access.

Upon termination:

* Your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
* Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your inability to access the Site after termination.

#### 19. NFT Minting, AI-generated content, and smart contract deployment

**19.1 AI NFT Studio**

The ZNS Connect platform provides access to third-party AI image generation engines (including but not limited to Nano Banana Pro, Seedream 4.5, and FLUX.2 Pro) for the purpose of creating and minting NFTs. You acknowledge and agree that:

* AI-generated outputs are produced by third-party machine learning systems over which ZNS Connect has no editorial control. ZNS Connect makes no representation as to the originality, uniqueness, copyright status, or quality of any AI-generated image;
* You are solely responsible for ensuring that any prompt, image, or content you submit to the AI generation tools does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, does not constitute defamatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise objectionable material, and complies with the terms of use of the underlying AI engine providers;
* To the extent permitted by applicable law, any copyright or other intellectual property rights in AI-generated outputs may be unclear or non-existent. You assume all risks associated with using, minting, selling, or otherwise exploiting AI-generated content;
* ZNS Connect is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability arising from, any third-party claims alleging that AI-generated content you minted infringes any intellectual property or other legal rights;
* ZNS Connect reserves the right to block, remove, or refuse to process any content that it determines, in its sole discretion, to violate applicable law, third-party rights, or platform policies, without incurring any liability to you.

**19.2 User-Deployed Smart Contracts (ERC-20, ERC-721, Custom)**

The ZNS Connect no-code smart contract deployer provides pre-built contract templates as a convenience tool. You acknowledge and agree that:

* You are the sole deployer and operator of any smart contract you deploy through the platform. ZNS Connect is not a party to any smart contract you deploy and assumes no responsibility for its execution, security, or consequences;
* Contract templates are provided 'AS IS' without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, security, or legal compliance in your jurisdiction;
* You are solely responsible for auditing any smart contract before deployment if use in a commercial or high-value context is intended;
* ZNS Connect has no ability to modify, pause, upgrade, or destroy smart contracts deployed by you, and is not responsible for any losses resulting from smart contract bugs, exploits, or unforeseen behavior;
* You are solely responsible for complying with any applicable law in your jurisdiction with respect to the deployment of tokens, NFTs, or other digital assets via smart contracts, including but not limited to securities law, consumer protection law, and AML/KYC requirements if you intend to distribute your deployed token or NFT to third parties.

**19.3 NFT Minting - No Guarantee of Value or Secondary Market**

Minting an NFT through the ZNS Connect platform does not guarantee that the NFT will have any market value, that it will be tradeable on any marketplace, or that it will be recognized or displayed correctly by all wallets, marketplaces, or platforms. NFTs are experimental digital assets and their value, if any, is entirely speculative.

#### 20. On-chain activity tools - 7 in 1, GM/GN, Daily streak.&#x20;

The platform provides tools that execute on-chain transactions on your behalf, including sending GM/GN messages, deploying tokens and counters, minting NFTs, transferring assets, and performing other blockchain interactions (collectively 'Activity Tools'). You acknowledge and agree that:

* All transactions initiated through Activity Tools are executed using your wallet and at your own expense. You are solely responsible for all associated gas fees, network fees, and any other costs incurred;
* The platform does not guarantee that use of any Activity Tool will result in any airdrop eligibility, token reward, protocol recognition, or other benefit. Any information about potential airdrop criteria is provided for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee or promise;
* ZNS Connect is not responsible for failed transactions, network congestion, incorrect gas estimates, or any on-chain errors arising from your use of Activity Tools;
* You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Activity Tools complies with the terms of service of any third-party blockchain network, protocol, or application with which you interact;
* Daily streak features are provided as a convenience and ZNS Connect does not guarantee their continued availability. Interruption of streak features shall not give rise to any liability on the part of ZNS Connect.

#### 21. Airdrop hub and third-party project listings

The ZNS Connect Airdrop Hub is an informational aggregator that displays publicly available information about third-party blockchain projects, token distributions, and airdrop campaigns. You acknowledge and agree that:

* ZNS Connect does not operate, endorse, or take any responsibility for any third-party airdrop, project, or campaign listed on the platform. All listings are provided for informational and educational purposes only;
* ZNS Connect does not verify the legitimacy, security, or accuracy of any listed project. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before interacting with any third-party project;
* Participation in any listed airdrop or project may involve significant financial risk, including total loss of funds. ZNS Connect is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your participation in any third-party project;
* Some listed projects may be associated with high-risk activities including, but not limited to, decentralized gambling, prediction markets, or speculative DeFi protocols. ZNS Connect expressly disclaims all responsibility for such third-party activities;
* ZNS Connect may receive compensation or other consideration from third-party projects in exchange for listing or featuring their airdrops. Such arrangements do not constitute an endorsement;
* Airdrop eligibility criteria, reward amounts, and timelines are determined solely by the respective third-party projects and are subject to change without notice. ZNS Connect makes no guarantee regarding any specific airdrop outcome.

#### 22. Restricted jurisdictions

**22.1 Scope of Restriction**

The Services are not available to, and may not be accessed or used by, any person or entity located in, resident of, incorporated in, or a national or citizen of any Restricted Jurisdiction as defined in this Section and Exhibit A to these Terms. Access from Restricted Jurisdictions is prohibited.

**22.2 User Representation**

By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, resident of, incorporated in, or a citizen or national of any Restricted Jurisdiction. If your status changes such that you become a resident, citizen, or are otherwise located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, you must immediately cease using the Services.

**22.3 Technical Restrictions**

ZNS Connect may implement geo-blocking, IP filtering, wallet screening, and other technical measures to prevent access from Restricted Jurisdictions. Circumventing such measures using VPNs, proxies, or other means is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

#### 24. REFERRAL PROGRAM

**24.1 Program Description**

ZNS Connect may offer a referral program (the 'Referral Program') that allows eligible users to earn rewards, discounts, or token allocations by inviting new users to the platform. The specific terms, reward structures, eligibility criteria, and duration of the Referral Program are set out in the dedicated Referral Program documentation and may be modified at any time at ZNS Connect's sole discretion.

**24.2 Nature of Referral Rewards**

Referral rewards, if any, are provided solely as an incentive for introducing new genuine users to the platform and are not compensation for services rendered, profit distributions, or guaranteed income of any kind. The Referral Program does not constitute a multilevel marketing scheme, pyramid scheme, or investment opportunity. You should not expect to earn income from the Referral Program or make financial decisions based on potential referral rewards.

**24.3 Prohibited Conduct**

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of all pending rewards, and potential account termination:

* Self-referrals (referring yourself using alternate accounts or wallets);
* Using automated bots, scripts, or other technical means to generate referrals;
* Creating fake or fraudulent accounts for the purpose of earning referral rewards;
* Misrepresenting the platform, its features, or any rewards to potential referees;
* Participating in any coordinated scheme to artificially inflate referral counts.

**24.4 Reward Conditions**

Referral rewards are subject to the referred user completing all required onboarding actions, verifying eligibility, and not violating these Terms. ZNS Connect reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back referral rewards if it determines, in its sole discretion, that any referral was obtained through prohibited means or that the referred user's account was terminated for violations.

**24.5 Tax Responsibility**

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes applicable to referral rewards you receive. ZNS Connect does not provide tax advice and makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of referral rewards in your jurisdiction.

**24.6 No Guarantee**

ZNS Connect does not guarantee the continued availability of the Referral Program and may suspend, modify, or terminate it at any time without prior notice and without any liability to participants.

#### 25. Gift Cards

**25.1 Nature of Gift Cards**

ZNS Connect gift cards ('Gift Cards') are prepaid credits that may be redeemed for eligible ZNS Connect services, including domain registrations, renewals, or other platform features as specified at the time of issue. Gift Cards are not cash equivalents, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or cryptocurrency, and do not bear interest.

**25.2 Non-Refundable**

All Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable. ZNS Connect does not offer refunds on Gift Cards except where required by mandatory applicable law.

**25.3 Validity and Expiry**

Gift Cards are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase or issuance. Unused balances remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited. ZNS Connect is under no obligation to extend Gift Card validity.

**25.4 Lost, Stolen, or Compromised Codes**

You are responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card code. ZNS Connect is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use, loss, or theft of a Gift Card code. Gift Card codes are treated as bearer instruments - whoever holds the code may redeem it.

**25.5 Service Changes**

ZNS Connect reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature for which a Gift Card may be redeemed. In the event a specific service is discontinued, ZNS Connect will use reasonable efforts to provide an equivalent redemption option, but makes no guarantee of specific substitution.

**25.6 No Resale**

Gift Cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or used in any commercial promotion without ZNS Connect's prior written consent.

#### 26. Mobile application - end user license Agreement

**26.1 License Grant**

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ZNS Connect grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the ZNS Connect mobile application ('App') on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

**26.2 App Store and Google Play Terms**

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable app distribution platform (Apple App Store or Google Play). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable platform terms with respect to the App, the platform terms shall govern solely to the extent of such conflict. ALTBridge Labs S.A. is the licensor of the App; Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to these Terms and bear no responsibility for the App or its content.

**26.3 Data Collection on Mobile**

The App collects certain data as described in our Privacy Policy, including wallet address, device identifiers, and usage analytics. By installing and using the App, you consent to such collection. The App does not access your device contacts, camera, microphone, or location unless you explicitly grant such permissions for a specific feature that requires it.

**26.4 App Updates**

ZNS Connect may issue updates to the App from time to time. Certain updates may be required to continue using the App. You agree to install updates in a timely manner. ZNS Connect is not responsible for any issues arising from your use of an outdated version of the App.

**26.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries**

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are third-party beneficiaries of this Section 27 and may enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary. No other person or entity is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.

**26.6 Prohibited Uses on Mobile**

You may not: (a) modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App; (b) use the App to mine cryptocurrency or run background processes not related to ZNS Connect features; (c) distribute or sublicense the App; or (d) use the App in violation of any applicable export control laws.

#### 27. Developer API, SDK and third-party integration

**27.1 License to Use Developer Tools**

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ZNS Connect grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ZNS Connect API, SDK, Subgraph, and associated developer tools ('Developer Tools') solely for the purpose of building applications, integrations, or services that interoperate with the ZNS Connect platform. Any other use requires express prior written permission from ALTBridge Labs S.A.

**27.2 Prohibited Developer Uses**

You may not use the Developer Tools to:

* Build, train, or operate any product or service that competes directly with ZNS Connect's core domain registration or Web3 identity services;
* Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract ZNS domain data or user data for any purpose other than operating your specific integration;
* Exceed reasonable API rate limits or otherwise place unreasonable load on ZNS infrastructure;
* Resell, sublicense, or commercialize access to the Developer Tools themselves;
* Circumvent any authentication, rate limiting, or access control mechanisms;
* Use the Developer Tools for any application intended to deceive, defraud, or harm users.

**27.3 IP Ownership of API Data**

All data accessible through the ZNS Connect API that originates from ZNS Connect systems, databases, or infrastructure (including but not limited to domain registration records, pricing data, and platform analytics) remains the intellectual property of ALTBridge Labs S.A. or its licensors. Your use of such data is limited to the purposes described in Section 28.1. You may not represent API data as your own or remove attribution.

**27.4 No SLA or Uptime Guarantee**

The Developer Tools are provided 'AS IS' without any service level agreement or uptime guarantee. ZNS Connect may modify, deprecate, or discontinue any API endpoint, SDK version, or subgraph schema at any time with or without notice. You are responsible for monitoring our developer documentation for updates and adapting your integration accordingly. ZNS Connect is not liable for any loss or disruption arising from API changes.

**27.5 Liability for Integrations**

You are solely responsible for any application, product, or service you build using the Developer Tools. ZNS Connect is not responsible for your integration's functionality, security, or compliance with applicable law. You agree to indemnify and hold ZNS Connect harmless from any claims arising from your integration or your end users' use of your integration.

**27.6 Attribution**

Applications built using the ZNS Connect Developer Tools should include reasonable attribution to ZNS Connect where technically feasible, in accordance with the branding guidelines published on the ZNS Connect Brand Book.

#### 28. Consent to Electronic Disclosures and Signatures

Because the Company operates online, you consent to transact with us electronically and to receive all agreements, notices, disclosures, and communications electronically through the Site or via any email address you provide. You agree that connecting your wallet, checking an "I agree" box, or signing a wallet message constitutes your electronic signature and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. You may withdraw this consent by ceasing to use the Site; however, you will not be able to use the Site without it.

#### 29. Token launchpad and trading interface&#x20;

**29.1 Interface Only**&#x20;

**Not an Exchange, Broker, or Custodian**&#x20;

ZNS Launchpad is a non-custodial visual interface that allows users to create tokens and to interact with autonomous, third-party smart contracts (including Uniswap V4 liquidity pools) deployed on public blockchain networks. IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ALTBridge Labs S.A., the Site, or the Launchpad BE CONSTRUED AS A DIGITAL ASSET EXCHANGE, BROKER, DEALER, MONEY SERVICES BUSINESS, MARKET MAKER, FUND MANAGER, FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, CUSTODIAN, INTERMEDIARY, ADVISOR, OR COUNTERPARTY TO ANY TRANSACTION. All swaps and trades occur peer-to-contract on the relevant blockchain network. The Company is not a party to any transaction between users, holds no user assets in custody, and does not initiate, control, or guarantee any trade. The Company does not provide any order matching, settlement, clearing, or financial advisory service.

**29.2 No Recommendation of User-Generated Tokens**&#x20;

All tokens available through the Launchpad are user-generated and permissionless. The Company does not review, verify, endorse, approve, or recommend any user-generated token under any circumstances and does not recommend that any token be bought, sold, or held by you. You are solely responsible for determining whether any token is appropriate for you based on your own objectives, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance, and you assume all associated risk and liability. The Company is not responsible for any decision you make on the basis of any information, metric, badge, chart, or display on the Site.

**29.3 Safety Tiers and Badges Are Algorithmic**&#x20;

**Not an Audit or Endorsement**&#x20;

The Launchpad may display algorithmic, on-chain safety classifications (including labels such as "Standard," "Safe Launch," and "Certified Dev"). These classifications are generated automatically from publicly observable on-chain launch parameters (such as liquidity-lock duration, percentage of supply in liquidity, creator allocation, and per-wallet caps). You acknowledge and agree that: (a) these classifications are not a security audit, due-diligence report, certification, guarantee, or endorsement of any token, team, or outcome; (b) the Company does not perform KYC on token creators and does not verify the identity, intentions, or conduct of any creator; (c) a token bearing any safety classification may still lose all of its value, and a classification does not reduce, mitigate, or eliminate the risk of total loss; (d) classifications reflect only the parameters observable at a point in time and may not capture all risks, including market, liquidity, creator-conduct, or third-party risk.

**29.4 Fees and Conflicts of Interest**&#x20;

Swaps executed through the Launchpad are subject to a fixed liquidity-pool fee, a portion of which is allocated to the token creator, to referrers, and to a ZNS treasury address, as described on the Site. You acknowledge that the Company therefore has a financial interest in transaction activity on the Launchpad. The Company, its affiliates, and their team members may also hold, create, transact in, or provide liquidity for tokens available on the Launchpad. The Company is under no obligation to disclose any such interest or transaction, has no duty to have regard to any information that may be a material interest to you, and assumes no fiduciary or advisory duty of any kind.

Creator and referrer fees are not income, wages, profit share, dividends, yield, or guaranteed payments of any kind; any earnings figures shown on the platform are estimates of up to a maximum potential and are not promises.

**29.5 Instructions and Transactions**&#x20;

Any instruction or transaction you submit through the Launchpad is executed using your own wallet, is irrevocable once broadcast, and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or modified by the Company once confirmed on-chain. The Company is not required to verify the accuracy, authenticity, or validity of any instruction. Where you submit a transaction involving a Manifest Error (an obvious and indisputable error in price, data, or action) or with Improper Intent (conduct the Company reasonably deems fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative), the Company may, to the extent technically possible and permitted by law, refuse to facilitate, defer, or treat such transaction as void, without liability to you.

**29.6 Token-Creator Representations and Warranties**&#x20;

By creating a token through the Launchpad, you represent and warrant that:&#x20;

* you have all necessary rights to any name, ticker, image, and intellectual property associated with the token;&#x20;
* the token and any related marketing, statements, or materials are accurate and not false or misleading;&#x20;
* the token does not infringe any third-party right and does not violate any applicable law in any relevant jurisdiction, including securities, consumer-protection, and AML laws; and
* you are solely responsible for the token, its distribution, and all consequences of its launch.&#x20;

The Launchpad is permissionless and the Company does not endorse or assume responsibility for any token you create.

**29.7 Market Conduct**&#x20;

You may not use the Launchpad to engage in or facilitate market manipulation of any kind, including but not limited to pump-and-dump schemes, wash trading, spoofing, fictitious or pre-arranged transactions, front-running, or any activity designed to artificially affect the price of, or mislead other participants about, any token. The Company may suspend or restrict access, and may refuse to facilitate transactions, where it reasonably suspects such conduct.

**29.8 Informational Displays Have No Contractual Value**&#x20;

Any price chart, market-cap figure, percentage change, profit-and-loss display, heatmap, earnings estimate, leaderboard, or similar metric shown on the Launchpad is provided for general informational purposes only, may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or based on illustrative assumptions, has no contractual value, and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice or any promise of profit. You must independently verify all information before relying on it.

**29.9 Taxes on Launchpad Earnings**

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes arising from\
any creator fees, referral rewards, liquidity-pool fees, or other amounts you earn through\
the Launchpad. The Company does not withhold taxes and does not provide tax advice.

**30.10 AI Token Studio and AI-Generated Content**

The Launchpad provides optional access to artificial-intelligence tools (the "AI Token Studio") that generate token names, tickers, descriptions, marketing copy, images, logos, audio, and video ("AI Output"). These tools are powered by third-party AI models, including models operated by OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Higgsfield, Kling, and others, and may change or become unavailable at any time. You acknowledge and agree that:

* the Company does not create, author, control, verify, or endorse any AI Output and acts solely as an interface to these third-party models;
* all AI Output is provided "as is" and "as available," with no representation or warranty as to accuracy, originality, uniqueness, non-infringement, lawfulness, or fitness for any purpose, and identical or similar AI Output may be generated for other users;
* any AI Output, including any token name, ticker, description, or marketing copy, is your content, generated at your direction, and is not a statement, recommendation, endorsement, or financial advice by the Company;
* you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI Output before using it, and for ensuring that your use of AI Output does not infringe any third party's intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights and complies with all applicable laws, including laws governing advertising and the disclosure of AI-generated content;
* the Company makes no representation that you own, or can register, protect, or enforce any rights in, any AI Output, and you acknowledge that AI Output generated without sufficient human authorship may not be eligible for copyright or other protection in many jurisdictions;
* you must not use the AI Token Studio to generate content that depicts any identifiable real person without that person's consent, or that is defamatory, obscene, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful;
* your use of AI Output may be subject to the terms and usage policies of the relevant third-party AI provider, and the Company is not liable for the availability, performance, modification, or discontinuation of any third-party AI model; and
* the Company has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, filter, restrict, refuse to generate, or remove any AI Output, and any exercise or non-exercise of this right creates no duty to you or any third party and is not approval or endorsement.

**29.11 Promotional Features (Boost)**

Boost and similar paid promotional features affect only the visibility or placement of a token within the platform interface. Purchasing a Boost does not guarantee any trading volume, price performance, liquidity, listing, or any other outcome. Boost purchases are final and non-refundable.

#### 30. **General provisions**&#x20;

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimers, and any documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site and Services.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Force Majeure. The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, blockchain network outages or congestion, hacks or exploits of third-party infrastructure, regulatory actions, or extreme market volatility.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at our sole discretion without your consent.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later.

No Agency. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and the Company.

Third-Party Rights. Except as expressly stated (including Section 26.5), these Terms do not confer any rights on any third party.

Survival. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

Time Limitation on Claims. Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arose; otherwise such claim is permanently barred.

Language. These Terms are drafted in English. Any translation is for convenience only; the English version prevails.

#### **31. Intellectual-Property Complaints.**

&#x20;If you believe that content on the Platform — including a token name, ticker, logo, image, video, or other material — infringes your intellectual-property rights, you may submit a notice to to [**legal@znsconnect.io**](mailto:legal@znsconnect.io) identifying the rights-holder, the allegedly infringing material and its location, and a statement of your good-faith belief. The Company may, in its sole discretion and without liability, remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing material and may restrict or terminate the access of repeat infringers. Because tokens deployed on-chain are controlled by smart contracts and not by the Company, the Company cannot alter, reverse, or remove any on-chain token, transaction, or asset.

#### 32. Content Reports and Intellectual Property Complaints

ZNS Launchpad is a non-custodial interface. Token names, symbols, images, and descriptions are created and submitted by users, not by ZNS or ALTBridge Labs S.A. We do not pre-screen user-generated content, but we respond to valid complaints.

**Reporting a token.** Any user may report a token directly through the "Report" option in the interface, or by emailing <abuse@znsconnect.io>.

**Intellectual property takedown notices.** If you are a rights holder (or authorized agent) and believe content on ZNS Launchpad infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to <legal@znsconnect.io> including:

1. Identification of the protected work or mark (registration number if applicable);
2. The token contract address, chain, and a link to the infringing content;
3. Your name, organization, and contact details;
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

**Our response.** Upon receipt of a valid notice, we may remove or restrict the relevant content from ZNS interfaces (delisting). Because token contracts are deployed on public blockchains, ZNS cannot delete, freeze, or modify deployed contracts or on-chain data; delisting affects visibility within ZNS-operated interfaces only.

**Misrepresentation.** Knowingly submitting false reports or takedown notices may result in liability and restriction of access to ZNS services.

**Counter-notices.** A token creator who believes content was delisted in error may respond to <legal@znsconnect.io> with supporting information; we review counter-notices at our discretion.

The Company is not an exchange, broker, custodian, or counterparty, does not recommend any user-generated token, and does not audit or endorse any token, creator, or liquidity pool. You are solely responsible for any content you generate, adopt, publish, mint, or deploy, and you use the AI tools entirely at your own risk.

**Email Newsletter Subscription:** If you subscribe to the ZNS Connect newsletter via the subscription form on our website, we collect your email address for the purpose of sending you updates, product news, airdrop guides, and promotional communications. Subscription is voluntary and based on your affirmative opt-in consent. We use a third-party email delivery service to send newsletter communications (the identity and privacy policy of our current email provider is available upon request). We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

**Recovery Email and Account Security:** If you choose to add a Recovery Email in your account Settings, we collect and store your email address for the following purposes only: (a) sending account-related security notifications; (b) sending transactional alerts you have enabled in your notification preferences (such as domain expiry warnings, airdrop alerts, or new chain announcements); and (c) account recovery assistance if you lose access to your connected wallet. By providing a Recovery Email, you consent to receiving transactional communications related to your account activity. Recovery Email is separate from newsletter subscription and will not be used for marketing communications unless you separately subscribe to our newsletter. We verify your Recovery Email via a one-time confirmation code at the time of submission. Verification codes are temporary and expire after a short period. You may remove your Recovery Email at any time from your account Settings. Removal of your Recovery Email does not delete your account or any on-chain data associated with your wallet address.

**Notification Preferences and Account Settings:** When you use your account Settings, we collect and store your notification preferences, including your choices regarding: Airdrop Alerts, GM Reminders, Domain Expiry notifications, and New Chain announcements. We also store your account appearance settings (theme, language) and your account creation date (the date your wallet first connected to the platform). These preference data points are stored in our off-chain database and are linked to your wallet address. They are used solely to operate the platform in accordance with your choices and to deliver the notifications you have enabled. Notification preference data is deleted upon account deletion as described in the "Account Deletion" section of this Policy.

**Account Activity and Connection History:** We collect and store certain behavioral and activity data associated with your wallet address, including: (a) the date and time your wallet first connected to the platform ("Connected Since" date); (b) a record of features and tools you have used on the platform (such as domain registrations, NFT mints, 7-in-1 actions, GM streak history, and smart contract deployments); and (c) network and chain selection history. This data is used to display your activity within your profile, calculate streak counts and usage statistics, improve platform features, and detect suspicious or abusive behavior. Some activity data (such as domain registration counts or streak activity) may be displayed publicly on your ZNS Connect profile page and visible to other users or third parties who access your profile URL. You should treat your public profile as publicly accessible information. We do not sell this behavioral data to third parties. Activity data stored off-chain is deleted upon account deletion; activity recorded on public blockchains remains permanently on-chain and cannot be deleted.

Terms Acceptance Records: When you connect a wallet and accept our Terms of Use, we record your wallet address, off-chain signature, the date and time of acceptance, and the version of the legal documents accepted. We retain these records for as long as necessary to evidence your agreement and comply with legal obligations.

### HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We use the collected personal data for the following purposes:

* Providing and Improving Services: To operate, maintain, and improve ZNS Connect and our related websites, products, and Services. For example, your wallet address is used to enable domain registration and management features, and usage data helps us optimize our user interface and performance.

* AI Generation Tools: When you use the AI NFT Studio, your text prompts and any images you upload are transmitted to third-party AI engine providers (currently including providers of Nano Banana Pro, Seedream 4.5, and FLUX.2 Pro) engines and other third-party AI model providers as listed in our Terms of Use, which may change at any time. These providers process your data under their own privacy policies. We do not retain your prompts or uploaded images on our servers beyond what is required to generate and return results. You should not include personal data, sensitive information, or third-party confidential material in your AI prompts.
* Wallet Screening: We may use third-party blockchain analytics and compliance tools to screen wallet addresses against sanctions lists, identify high-risk addresses, or detect suspicious activity. If your wallet address is flagged by such tools, we may restrict your access to some or all platform features without prior notice.
* Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable legal obligations and regulatory requirements. For instance, we may use or preserve certain data to fulfill record-keeping obligations, enforce our Terms of Use, or handle any disputes.
* Other Operational Purposes: We may use data for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, testing, and research to maintain and improve service quality.&#x20;
* We do not request or store passports, government IDs, proof of address, or any other KYC documents unless such verification becomes legally required for participation in the $ZNS token sale or is required by a third-party launchpad or exchange.
* Email Marketing and Unsubscribe: We send marketing emails only to users who have explicitly subscribed. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw your consent at any time by: (a) clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link in any of our emails, or (b) emailing <info@znsconnect.io> with the subject line 'Unsubscribe'. Upon receiving an unsubscribe request, we will remove your email from our marketing list within 10 business days. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send you transactional emails (such as confirmation of domain registration or security notices) where required.

When we share data with service providers or other third parties, we only provide the minimum amount of personal data necessary for them to carry out their responsibilities. ### **BLOCKCHAIN DATA AND ON-CHAIN DISCLOSURES**&#x20;

Public Blockchain Records: ZNS Connect is a Web3 / blockchain-based service. This means that certain actions you take through our Services (such as registering a domain name or adding information to your decentralized profile) involve writing data to public blockchain networks. **Any data that you choose to publish on a blockchain becomes public, immutable, and outside of our control**. For example, if you attach personal information (like a display name, avatar, or other profile data) to your blockchain domain and that information is written to the blockchain, it will be visible to anyone who inspects the blockchain and **we cannot alter or delete that on-chain data**. Blockchains are distributed ledgers designed to **record information permanently**; once a transaction (containing your data) is confirmed on the network, it **cannot be unpublished or erased** by us or any other entity.

Please treat your blockchain domain profile as a **public profile**. Only include information on-chain that you are comfortable sharing with the world indefinitely. **ALTBridge** has no ability to remove personal data from a blockchain once you have broadcast it; this is an inherent aspect of decentralized networks and not a result of our IT systems. While this Policy covers how we handle any off-chain copies of that data (e.g. if cached in our databases for display), it does not cover the persistence of data on the blockchain itself, which by design is outside the scope of data protection erasure rights.

### DATA RETENTION

* Wallet Address and Domain Data: Because blockchain domain ownership is recorded on public networks, we cannot directly delete or modify that on-chain record. However, if you cease using our Services, your wallet address will simply remain as a historical entry on the blockchain. We do not have the ability to erase it from the blockchain, but we can delete any off-chain associations to your identity in our systems upon request.
* Usage Data: Analytics data may be stored in aggregate form indefinitely to help us analyze trends over time, but any data tied to an identifiable user will be either anonymized or deleted when it’s no longer needed for our legitimate interests. Third-party analytics providers like Google Analytics have their own retention practices; we configure our Google Analytics data retention to comply with best practices, and we don’t personally retain identifiable log data longer than necessary.

In summary, we will either delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer needed for any legitimate purpose. If deletion or anonymization is not immediately feasible (for example, if the data is stored in backups), we will securely store and isolate it from further use until deletion is possible.

### YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at: <legal@znsconnect.io>

Please note that due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, we cannot modify or delete any data that has been permanently recorded on public blockchain networks, including wallet addresses, domain registrations, token allocations, or transaction hashes.

By using our Services, including participating in the $ZNS token sale, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that such use is legal in your country of residence and does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or restrictions.

**Account Deletion and Right to Erasure:** You may request deletion of your ZNS Connect account at any time by using the "Delete Account" function in your account Settings. Upon account deletion, we will: (a) delete your Recovery Email address and notification preferences from our systems; (b) delete any off-chain profile data, settings, and usage history stored in our databases; and (c) process your deletion request within 30 days of submission, in accordance with applicable data protection law. However, please be aware that account deletion does **not** and **cannot** remove the following data, due to the immutable nature of public blockchain networks: wallet addresses, domain registration records, on-chain transaction history, NFT ownership records, smart contract deployments, and any other data that has been permanently written to a blockchain. This on-chain data exists independently of your ZNS Connect account and cannot be erased by us or any other party. Domain names registered through ZNS Connect prior to account deletion remain on-chain and continue to be associated with your wallet address. If you wish to transfer or burn your domains before deleting your account, you must do so prior to initiating deletion. ZNS Connect is not responsible for any loss of access to domains, NFTs, or other on-chain assets resulting from account deletion.

### DATA SECURITY

We take **data security** seriously and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (e.g., using HTTPS on our website), firewalls and access controls to our servers and databases, and limiting access to personal data to employees and contractors on a need-to-know basis. We also regularly review our information collection, storage, and processing practices to prevent unauthorized access and to improve security.

However, please be aware that **no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure**. While we strive to protect your personal data, we **cannot guarantee absolute security**. Users are encouraged to take steps on their end as well, such as using strong passwords for any accounts, protecting their wallet private keys, and logging out after using shared devices. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

# Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY FOR ZNS CONNECT

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Terms of Service, all fees for domain name registrations and associated domain name Service(s) are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of purchase. However, domains purchased with cryptocurrency must be requested for a refund within 5 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, based on the USD value at the time of refund.

Only the purchase price of the domain will be refunded; any claim fees, blockchain fees, or other related fees paid by you will not be refunded.

ZNS Connect reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to sell a domain name to you for any reason or to cancel a sale once initiated.

In certain circumstances, fees from new domain name registrations may be refunded at the sole discretion of ZNS Connect. Such circumstances include issues related to trademark infringement, phishing, technical limitations on name resolutions, mispriced sales, and legal requirements.

Refunds will be credited to your profile on our website using the original payment method or as store credit.

For payments made with cryptocurrency, refunds will be processed in the equivalent amount of USD received. You are responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations between the time of the original payment and the refund issuance.

Once a domain is live on the blockchain and transferred to your control, it is considered under your ownership. ZNS Connect cannot refund the purchase funds or reclaim the domain. However, if you cover the transfer fees, we can refund the original purchase once the domain is returned within the specified timelines.

If you received store credit or promotional items with your domain purchase and seek a refund, you must return the purchased domain and forfeit any additional promotional items or credits. If you minted any domains with promotional credit, those must also be returned for a refund.

Purchases made with promotional credits are non-refundable and not eligible for exchanges. Domains purchased with promotional credits cannot be exchanged, even in case of typos.

Fees paid for preorders, "sunrise" registration, early access programs, domain minting, and Twitter verification credits are non-refundable.
