Nothing on this website, in our documentation, or in our communications constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. By accessing the platform or participating in the $ZNS token sale, you agree to the disclaimers below. ACCEPTANCE BY WALLET CONNECTION\ These Terms are a binding agreement. You accept these Terms, the Disclaimers, and the\ Privacy Policy by either (a) accessing or using the Site, or (b) connecting a digital wallet to the Site - whichever occurs first. BY CONNECTING A WALLET, OR BY CHECKING AN\ "I AGREE" BOX OR SIGNING A WALLET MESSAGE WHERE PRESENTED, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, AND THAT YOU MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY AND JURISDICTION REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING THAT YOU ARE NOT A RESTRICTED PERSON. If you do not agree, you must not connect a wallet to or otherwise use the Site. ## **1. High-Risk Token Purchase Disclosure** Participation in the $ZNS token sale is **highly speculative** and involves **significant risk**, including the risk of complete and irreversible loss of funds. * Digital assets can lose all value. * Markets can become illiquid or inaccessible. * Smart contracts may fail or be exploited. * Regulatory actions may restrict or freeze transfers. You should not acquire $ZNS tokens unless you are fully aware of the risks and can afford the total loss of your contribution. **All token sale transactions are final, non-refundable, and irreversible.** ## **2. Assumption of Risk and Release.** You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks arising from creating, acquiring, holding, trading, or disposing of any token through or in connection with the Platform, including the total loss of funds. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release the Company and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or damage arising from such activity, the conduct of any token creator or other user, the performance or price of any token, or the operation of any third-party smart contract, blockchain, or AI model. ## **3. No Securities, No Equity, No Ownership Rights** $ZNS tokens are **not**: * securities * equity or shares * debt instruments * financial products * profit-sharing rights * governance rights (unless explicitly stated) * an investment contract Holding $ZNS tokens does **not** grant: * ownership of ALTBridge Labs S.A. * rights to dividends * rights to revenue * rights to company assets * rights to any form of return or appreciation No part of the token sale should be interpreted as a securities offering under the laws of Panama, the U.S., the EU, or any other jurisdiction. Purchasing $ZNS tokens does not grant any rights to profit, income, yield, appreciation, staking rewards, or any form of financial return.\ Any discussion of potential utility, ecosystem expansion, or future integrations is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee, obligation, or expectation of future value. ## **4. No Guarantees of Future Utility or Roadmap Delivery** Any references to: * future features * integrations * utilities * ecosystem expansions * partnerships * token utility enhancements are **forward-looking statements** provided solely for informational purposes. All roadmap items may be changed, postponed, or cancelled without notice. Any references to future plans, utilities, integrations, partnerships, upgrades, or roadmap items are forward-looking statements and shall not be interpreted as commitments or obligations of the Company.\ The Company may modify, postpone, or cancel any roadmap item at its sole discretion, without prior notice. ## **5. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice** Nothing in ZNS Connect’s documentation, dashboards, messages, or social media constitutes: * investment advice * trading recommendations * legal guidance * tax advice * financial strategy Users must consult their own professional advisors before acquiring or using digital assets. ## **6. Smart Contract, Blockchain, and Technical Risks** ZNS Connect relies on decentralized infrastructure, which may contain: * bugs * vulnerabilities * exploits * gas spikes * network outages * chain reorganizations * mismatched RPC indexing * unsupported wallet behavior These issues may prevent you from: * minting domains * receiving tokens * interacting with contracts * accessing your data * claiming rewards The Company does not control blockchain networks and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. ZNS domains are blockchain-based digital identifiers and are not traditional ICANN or DNS domains.\ They may not be recognized or resolvable by legacy internet systems, browsers, search engines, or naming protocols. Domain risks include: * loss of access due to lost wallets or private keys * incompatibility with certain apps or wallets * inability to transfer or modify domains * potential trademark or intellectual property conflicts * dependency on blockchain networks and smart contract functionality * irreversible minting and ownership records The Company cannot mediate disputes or recover domain ownership. ## **7. Market, Price, and Liquidity Risks** The value of digital assets depends on third-party exchanges and user demand. There is no guarantee that any secondary market for $ZNS will exist or remain active.\ The Company does not guarantee: * listing on centralized or decentralized exchanges * liquidity in any trading pair * ability to buy or sell $ZNS at any time * any specific market capitalization or trading volume * any future demand or adoption Token markets may experience extreme volatility, manipulation attempts, or complete disappearance. *** ## **8. Regulatory and Jurisdictional Risks** Digital asset laws vary across jurisdictions and may change at any time.\ Regulatory actions may: * restrict token transfers * limit user access * require KYC/AML procedures * enforce reporting, licensing, or compliance * prohibit participation based on residency The Company may modify or suspend services to comply with applicable laws. ## **9. Decentralized Domain Naming Risks** ZNS domains: * are **not** ICANN/DNS domains * are recorded on blockchain networks * may not work with all browsers or services * may conflict with existing DNS/brand systems * may not be recognized by other naming protocols * may depend on third-party resolvers * cannot be “deleted” or “revoked” due to blockchain immutability ZNS Connect does not guarantee: * cross-chain uniqueness * interoperability with other naming services * trademark or IP protection * compatibility with all dApps or wallets The user is solely responsible for ensuring they do not infringe on trademarks or third-party rights. ## **10. Third-Party Services and Integration Risks** ZNS Connect relies on: * blockchain networks * RPC providers * bridges * explorers * wallets * nodes * storage systems * DNS resolvers * analytics services These services operate independently of ZNS Connect. Failures, delays, bugs, hacks, configuration errors, or service interruptions from these third parties may impact domain resolution, token delivery, contract execution, or platform functionality. ALTBridge Labs S.A. is not responsible for the performance or failures of any third-party provider. ## **11. User-Generated Tokens (ZNS Launchpad) Disclaimer** The ZNS Launchpad is a non-custodial software interface for interacting with autonomous smart contracts on public blockchain networks. Tokens created through the Launchpad ("User Tokens") are created entirely by independent third-party users. ZNS Connect does **not**: * review, approve, audit, endorse, or recommend any User Token * custody any funds or User Tokens at any time * act as an exchange, broker, dealer, custodian, investment adviser, or financial intermediary * guarantee the value, liquidity, legitimacy, or continued existence of any User Token **High-Risk Nature of User Tokens** User Tokens are highly speculative and may: * be created by anonymous parties * have no utility, backing, or value * lose all value at any time * be abandoned by their creators * be associated with fraudulent or manipulative activity You may lose the entire amount you spend. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before interacting with any User Token. Charts, market data, PnL displays, and earnings figures are illustrative, may be inaccurate, and are not advice or any promise of return. You trade entirely at your own risk and only with funds you can afford to lose entirely. **Safety Badges and Metrics — Not Guarantees** Badges, labels, scores, and trust metrics displayed on the Launchpad (including labels such as "Standard," "Safe Launch," and "Certified Dev") are algorithmic indicators derived solely from publicly available on-chain data. They are **not**: * audits or security certifications * endorsements or recommendations * guarantees against loss, fraud, or token failure * investment advice of any kind A token displaying any badge may still lose all of its value. **Creator and Referrer Fees — Not Income** Creator and referrer fees are protocol-level allocations dependent on smart contracts, network conditions, and third-party infrastructure. They are not guaranteed, and do not constitute income, wages, profit share, dividends, yield, or any form of financial return. Any earnings figures shown on the platform are estimates of up to a maximum potential only. Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes. **Promotional Features (Boost)** Paid promotional features affect interface visibility only and do not guarantee any trading volume, price performance, liquidity, or other outcome. Boost purchases are final and non-refundable. **No Liability** To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZNS Connect accepts no liability for any loss arising from the creation of, interaction with, or reliance on any User Token, badge, metric, fee mechanism, or promotional feature on the Launchpad. The ZNS Launchpad is a non-custodial interface to permissionless, third-party smart contracts. The Company is not an exchange, broker, custodian, or counterparty, does not recommend any user-generated token, and does not audit or endorse any token, creator, or liquidity pool. Safety classifications (e.g. "Safe Launch," "Certified Dev") are algorithmic on-chain signals only - they are not an audit, certification, or guarantee, and do not reduce the risk of total loss. User-generated tokens are extremely high-risk and may lose all value. Charts, market data, PnL, and earnings figures are illustrative may be inaccurate, and are not advice or any promise of return. You trade entirely at your own risk and only with funds you can afford to lose entirely. ## **12. User Responsibilities** By using ZNS Connect or participating in the token sale, you confirm: * you are legally permitted to participate * you are not a resident of restricted jurisdictions * you will not use VPNs or proxies to bypass geo-blocking * you understand blockchain risks * you control your private keys and wallets * you take full responsibility for your security The Company cannot recover lost seed phrases, compromised wallets, wrong-address transfers, or irreversible blockchain transactions. You represent and warrant that any funds or digital assets you use on the Site or the Launchpad are not derived from, and will not be used to facilitate, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other unlawful activity, and that you will comply with all applicable anti-money-laundering and sanctions laws. ## **13. Referral Program Disclaimer** ZNS Connect may offer referral programs, promotional codes, partner rewards, or on-chain referral links that allow users to earn bonuses by inviting others to participate in the Platform or the $ZNS token sale.\ Participation in any referral program is subject to the following conditions: #### **No Fraud, Abuse, or Manipulation** Users must not engage in: * creating fake accounts or wallets * using bots or automated systems * self-referring or circular referrals * exploiting system vulnerabilities * collusion or coordinated manipulation * abusing promotional rewards ZNS Connect reserves the sole right to determine whether referral behavior violates these rules. #### **Reward Eligibility** Referral rewards are not guaranteed.\ ZNS Connect may: * reject referrals * deny fraudulent or suspicious reward claims * adjust or revoke referral rewards * impose limits or verification requirements All referral rewards are discretionary and may depend on compliance checks, network activity, and program rules. #### **Program Modification or Termination** ZNS Connect may modify, suspend, or terminate any referral program or reward campaign at any time, with or without prior notice.\ This includes changes to reward amounts, qualification criteria, tracking methods, and payout conditions. #### **Tax Responsibility** Participants are solely responsible for determining and reporting any tax obligations related to referral rewards, including income tax, capital gains, or other applicable taxes in their jurisdiction. #### **No Financial Guarantees** Referral rewards do not represent: * income * wages * investment returns * profit rights * guaranteed payouts Rewards are promotional benefits only and do not grant legal or financial rights against the Company. #### **Program Fairness and Enforcement** ZNS Connect reserves the right to: * disqualify participants * freeze or remove rewards * blacklist abusive wallets or addresses * require KYC/verification for suspicious activity * update rules at any time All decisions made by ZNS Connect regarding referral eligibility and rewards are final. *** ## **14. No Warranties of Any Kind** ZNS Connect disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including: * merchantability * fitness for a particular purpose * non-infringement * uninterrupted access * error-free operation * compatibility The platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. ## **15. Modifications and Updates** ZNS Connect reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Disclaimers, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Token Sale Terms, or any other documentation at any time, at its sole discretion. Such modifications may include, without limitation: * changes to token sale structure, timelines, allocations, or eligibility rules * updates to referral program requirements * revisions to domain naming policies * changes in supported networks, integrations, or technical features * adjustments required by regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations * modifications to risk disclosures or user responsibilities Any updates become effective immediately upon publication on this website or within the ZNS Connect platform. Your continued use of the Services or participation in the $ZNS token sale after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.\ If you do not agree with the updated Disclaimers or related policies, you must discontinue use of the Platform. ZNS Connect is not obligated to provide prior notice of changes, and is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from modifications, amendments, or updates to its documentation, processes, or platform features. ## **16. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, misleading, biased, offensive, fabricated ("hallucinated"), or infringing, and may be identical or similar to content generated for other users. AI-generated content is not advice, a recommendation, or any assurance that a token, name, or asset will have value, demand, utility, or legal protection, and may not be eligible for copyright or other intellectual-property protection.
